For Clients Considering a Chiropractic Practice Sale 
The Chiropractic Practice Valuation & Market Analysis is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers our analysis of your practice in order to assess the Fair Market Value & help you establish an asking price.
  • Following your payment of the Valuation Fee, you will receive two emails:
           --> Confirmation Receipt -  of your Valuation Fee payment / purchase
          -->  Requested Financials  - a list of items we will need to perform the valuation (ex: Profit & Loss statements, practice stats, etc)
  • The Valuation process takes approximately 2 weeks from the time we receive all materials
  • When your valuation is complete, you will receive a written report of value that details the methods used to appraise your business and determine fair market value of your business. With this, we also include a discussion of strategies to determine the best price point for your needs, options to move forward and how we may be able to help you!
