- The Practice Sales Engagement Fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that serves as a retainer for us to engage in marketing your practice, creating your practice ads, websites and placing ads online.
- When you sell your practice, the fee is deducted from our commission (along with your Valuation Fee), so you don’t pay twice 😉
- Following your payment of the Engagement Fee, you will receive an email that will act as confirmation/receipt of your Engagement Fee
- Once you’ve paid the Engagement Fee & Signed the Listing Agreement you will receive a Welcome Email and your first piece of “homework” that we need to get your practice on the market and on its way to being sold!
