For Traditional Practice Sale Clients
- The Practice Sales Engagement & Analysis is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers our analysis of your practice in order to assess the Fair Market Value & help you establish an asking price. It also serves as a retainer for us to engage in marketing your practice, creating your practice ads, websites and placing ads online.
- Once you sell your practice, the fee is deducted from our commission, so you don’t pay twice 😉
- Following your payment of the Engagement Fee, you will receive two emails:
–> Confirmation receipt of your Engagement Fee payment / purchase
–> Practice Sales Listing Agreement – for you to sign
- Once you’ve paid the Engagement Fee & Signed the Listing Agreement you will receive a Welcome Email and your first piece of “homework” that requests the items that we need to perform a Valuation of your practice
