What We Do

The Strategic Chiropractor consulting programs help doctors maximize their income and minimize their risk exposure to audits or compliance problems.

We help doctors accomplish this by teaching you to look inside your practice for income that you are currently leaving on the table. This is primarily done by analyzing your Billing and Coding, Documentation, Fee Schedule, Procedural Protocols; Collections and other Practice Systems that you are currently using that affect the overall Business Profitability.

We then implement specific strategies and systems to increase your income by working with your unique practice style. In addition, we will explore potential avenues for Market Expansion through the development of ancillary products or services that may add to your bottom line and complement your current practice mix. In this, I act as an independent, objective business consultant who seeks to change the way you profit, not how you practice chiropractic.

My second goal for my clients is to minimize audit risk by increasing Compliance. Increasing services does you no good if an insurance company can perform an audit and take it all back due to substandard documentation, incorrect billing or inaccurate coding. Because this is an unfortunate reality in today’s practice, we work together utilizing proactive strategies that will help you protect your hard-earned money.

The result: better revenues, better compliance and "working smarter, not harder."

Who We Help

Typically, the clients that I consult with are chiropractors who have an established practice and are seeking ways to maximize their income and minimize their risk or exposure to audits and compliance problems.

Most of our consulting clients are looking to improve the profitability of their business and not necessarily looking to work more hours or see more patients. Although we are certainly not opposed to growing your practice in terms of patient volume, the focus of our consulting is to grow the practice from within through the use of sound billing, coding, collections and systems to increase revenues by “working smarter, not harder.”

Because of the highly specialized nature of my consulting programs, new graduates, startup practices or associates working for another chiropractor (unless the owner/employer DC agrees to consult) are not accepted.

Why You Need Our Help
